Tortoise Island

Tortoise Island, the exclusive, gated waterfront community located in Satellite Beach, Florida, boasts impeccably designed homes with finely crafted exterior architecture and luxuriously landscaped properties.  The community is perfect for active adults as well as growing families, with amenities including a club house, tennis courts, aquatic center, game room, fitness center and sauna.  Most homes on Tortoise island are either directly on the Banana River or on a canal leading to the river. Waterway Estates is another community of waterfront homes located near the Grand Canal in the town of Satellite Beach, Florida.
